Order and Delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 8–15 business days. This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs for you.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed—where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur during the shipping process. You can check the status of your order using the following link: Track Your Order. If your order has not arrived within 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

Question: Some items from my order are missing—why?
Answer: Since we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately. If any items are missing, they usually arrive within 2–3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: How much are the shipping costs?
Answer: Shipping for your order is 100% free.

Exchanges and Returns

Question: I am not satisfied with my order—can I return it?
Answer: Yes, you can return any order within 14 days.

Question: I want to return an item—what should I do?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be in their original condition, with tags and labels attached. The item must show no signs of use.

All returns must include a tracking number (Track & Trace). The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.

Once we receive your returned items, we will ensure the refund is processed to your account within 5 days.

Question: Where can I find my tracking number?
Answer: On this page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your shipment.

Question: My tracking number does not show any information—why?
Answer: Tracking information becomes available as soon as your package is received by the shipping company. Please note that there may be a delay between the shipment of your package and the update of the tracking information.
